- All items offered for sale are made to order. We're a small business and don't have the money and/or space to keep stock of our items but this does allow you to get the design, color and/or size you want when they are available for sale.
- Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
- Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges, all sales are final due to all orders being made to order. If you happen to receive a damaged item or there is an issue with your order please email us at IslandAddiction@yahoo.com with your name, order number and the discrepancy within 14 days of receiving your order. After that no changes can be made.

- Please note that due to COVID-19, your shipping may POSSIBLY be delayed and the tracking information may not always update as quickly as it's shipping.
- Mailing Address Accuracy
- Please double check the accuracy of your mailing address when placing an order. Once orders are placed, we will not change the order or address that was wrongly provided. If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred since it's completely out of our control once the post office has your package. The new shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address.
